It’s no secret that a Whistler ski vacation is one of the highest rated experiences in the world. This link shows the results of the latest poll from a top notch travel magazine. If you’re anything like me, the opinions of everyday people who travel to places like Whistler Canada play a key part in my decision making process. I often rely on positive and negative examples from folks in my peer group to find the best Whistler accommodations. And now, with the interactive website know as Facebook, travelers the world over can have access to millions of people who have been to or plan to travel to Whistler.
Having recently opened my own Facebook account, I am clearly a bit behind the times. Little did I know, how connected I could be to the world. I wanted to know how many groups dedicated to Whistler Blackcomb I could find, so I typed the appropriate search terms in the box. And viola, about 111 groups, people or events popped up. Wow! Reading other people’s experiences and Whistler vacation highlights really makes me want to pick up the phone and find the perfect Whistler vacation rental for my family. If we’re going to take a ski vacation, we might as well make it a Whistler ski vacation. Since Whistler Blackcomb is ranked the best ski resort in the world why wouldn’t I want to go there. My family deserves the best ski vacation I can give them
I can tell you this much: the next best thing to having my own Whistler ski vacation is living vicariously through someone else’s. At the same time, knowing how impatient I am, I won’t be able to stand that approach much longer. I’m going to need to make the time for my very own Whistler ski vacation. Then everyone else on the web can live vicariously through me.
