Big White Spring Skiing
Big White spring skiing is a great experience. Here is a small sample of what the village has planned:
Mar 5 -21 – Mini Cruz Blues – Getting to know Big White. You may be challenged to scour one set blue run off of each chair to find the hidden stamp to complete your Cruz the Blues passport. Successful participants will be entered into the draw for a Wii and a whole bunch of other prizes!
Mar 6 – 14 – BC Spring Break – Offering a fabulous one or two week vacation for your whole family, or you can send the kids up with one of Big White’s special community buses.
Mar 6 – 9 – K2 Provincial Championships – Big White will host the K2 Provincial Championships this year. The province’s best 13 and 14 year olds will compete in Slalom and GS. Come see the future World Champions!
Mar 8 – 18 – Daily BBQ in the Village Centre – Big White village will have a BBQ every day during spring break!
Mar 10 – Complimentary Wine Tasting at the Swiss Bear Restaurant – From 4pm to 6pm you can join Lynn Sorensen for a taste of the true Okanagan! Featuring wines from Barcello Canyon, Desert Hills and Hillside Estate Wineries. Some of the best wine in the world!
Mar 10 – 12 – FIS Freestyle Noram Cup Finals – This is Western Canada’s ski cross championship with western Canada’s best skiers competing at the Big White TELUS park. While you are enjoying your Big White spring skiing trip, check them out! They could be the next world champs!
Mar 13 – Telus Park Rail Jam Series – From 6pm to 8pm you can see a fabulous show put on by local ski and board talent. Watch riders as they lay it out on custom rail and box set ups. A definite highlight for the whole family!
After all of this excitement you will be glad to get back to your hotel room 
for some much needed rest!
