And The Hockey Gold Goes to CANADA!

Sunday, February 28th, 2010

Another nail biter! I was sitting on pins and  needles for the last five minutes of the game. Just hang in there guys! Do not let in another goal. The US took the goalie out. Anything to score just one more goal! Well, they did it. They scored that extra goal to put the game into overtime. My heart sank! As, I am sure, so did 35 million other hearts across the country.

It is no secret that we love our beer, fuel that with a record setting goal count? Well…good thing we are a passive bunch.

This ties us for the most gold any country has won in the history of the winter Olympics. If our men can win the hockey game on Sunday, we will finally set (more…)

The locker room, your hotel room, or take it to a bar. Coming out on the ice with beer champagne and cigars is inappropriate and disrespectful. The International Olympic Committee hasn’t decided yet the punishment for (more…)
