Grab your accommodations now if you plan on catching the Whistler 2010 Winter Olympics. Whistler will play host to the 2010 Winter Olympics Whistler and Paralympic Games. If the activities in the city of Whistler weren't enough, Whistler Resort will host some of the major Olympic winter events, and all Paralympic events except the opening ceremonies, sledge hockey and wheelchair curling.
The 2010 Winter Olympics will be spread throughout Whistler and Vancouver, leaving the town of Squamish nestled right in-between the two major host cities, making it an ideal place for travelers to seek Squamish accommodations.

After the big two week event, the Olympic village will be converted into a residential neighborhood, and the last real estate property development along the false creek water front.
